    Returns & Exchanges

To provide you with ample time to ensure each piece perfectly complements your living space, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery, significantly longer than the industry standard. Items must be returned in their original, unused, and unassembled condition, with all protective packaging, tags, and documentation intact. For exchanges, you have 45 days to initiate a request, accommodating the logistical considerations of shipping substantial furniture items. Please note that custom-made, personalized, or clearance items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange, as they are curated or created specifically for you.


    Return Conditions

    To maintain the luxury integrity of our products and ensure they can be restored to our inventory for future customers, all returns must adhere to strict conditions. The item must be in its original, saleable state: completely unused, unassembled, and free from any marks, scratches, odors, or damage. All original packaging, including protective wraps, foam, cardboard sleeves, and hardware kits, must be included and undamaged. Assembly instructions, care guides, and authenticity certificates must also be returned. Upon receipt at our warehouse, each returned item undergoes a meticulous multi-point inspection by our quality assurance team. Any item that does not meet these conditions will be sent back to you at your expense, and a detailed inspection report will be provided explaining the reasons for the rejection.


    Refund Processing

For exchanges of items valued over $500, we may provide a subsidized return label at our discretion.


    Damaged or Defective Items

Upon verification, we will promptly arrange for a free return pickup or provide a pre-paid return label.
