These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are payable upon delivery or to the customs agency. We declare the full value of all international shipments. Delays in customs clearance are outside our control and will extend the estimated delivery time. Unclaimed parcels refused due to customs charges will be returned to us, and a restocking fee plus return shipping costs will be deducted from any refund.


    Delivery & Receipt Protocol

    To ensure the security of your investment, an adult signature is required for delivery upon the first attempt. Our carriers will typically make two subsequent attempts if no one is available. It is crucial to inspect your items for any visible damage in the presence of the delivery driver before signing. Any concerns must be noted on the delivery receipt. We cannot accept liability for concealed damage reported after the delivery is signed for as complete and without notation.
