Once shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected. Please note that delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Furnidisc is not liable for any delays in delivery caused by the carrier, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. For international orders, additional customs duties, taxes, or fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
We stand behind the quality of our furniture. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return most items in their original, unused, and unassembled condition, in the original packaging, within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund of the item's purchase price. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Please allow additional time for the refund to appear on your statement. Custom-made, clearance, or "final sale" items are not eligible for return or exchange. For hygiene and safety reasons, mattresses, bedding, and opened upholstery cleaning kits cannot be returned unless defective.
